device_status metric

Hi, I have a checker set up like this: device_status = 0 This gives an alert when the device is down. Unfortunately it gives lots of false positives, so perhaps I do not understand good enough how this checker checks if the connection is down or not ? Sudden Burst's in Traffic

Dear ALL, I am at version 0.16.11.8249 professional, this was working fine until recently, it is showing IPv4 traffic in GB's for some devices occasionally. Whilst other days it behaves normally. Please note this is Mikrotik router which we are monitoring. Please find attached graph. Any clue apart from updating to latest version which i will do latter after testing, is highly appreciated. 500 error when rebuilding alert checkers

Hey everyone, I'm in the middle of standing up a new observium box and running into an issue where I create an alert checker for port errors. After creating the new checker, I click on rebuild and then get an HTTP 500 error. Attached is a screenshot of the configuration of the alert checker. I'm running 17.5.8561 (rolling) but did occur in a previous release and was hoping that upgrading would fix it but did not. -- Jay

Poller count

I'm frequently running out of memory on a 4 GB VM running CentOS7. The vm only runs Observium. I'm seeing a bunch of php /opt/observium/poller.php processes getting created and the box gradually runs out of memory and mariadb dies. I'm running version 8485. Any ideas? Thanks! Jay

RealTime traffic view problem

Hello, we are running 17.5.8545 rolling and the Real time traffic graph is not working with the following error: "Can't get data about port (port id)" regardless of port id.
