MIBs FiberHome OLT not get data

Hi guys, i have a OLT FiberHome model AN5516-01. I see in the Observium have the MIB, but when im trying get the data nothing happen. Im test other solution named LibreNMS and have this MIBs ( https://github.com/librenms/librenms/tree/master/mibs/fiberhome) and work fine... Any idea why this happen? Thx. BR Santiago

Graph Widget Legend

How can I get the front page Graph Widget to show the legend? I have had no luck enabling the legend on the graph page and then telling it to add to a dashboard it just does not show. As a matter of fact, the URL for the widget says legend=no. seems i got something broken with geolocation

during setup of distribution and partitioned poller, autodiscovery and mapquest I obviously did something wrong and messed up the geolocation feature - newly added devices are all only added to the default location. /opt/observium/logs/db.log on all pollers gets filled with: [2019/04/18 20:57:44 +0000] discovery.php(17511): Failed dbQuery (#1054 - Unknown column 'devices.location_id' in 'where clause'), Query: SELECT `device_id` FROM `devices` WHERE ( `devices`.`location_id` = '9') Thanks, Alex

Apache log path incorrect

Hello, Just wanted to mention that the apache config file generated/installed from install script has an incorrect access and error log destination set. Should be: ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/access.log combined instead: ErrorLog /error.log CustomLog /access.log combined Thanks, Alex

Hello, On the Dashboard in the Alerts Status widget the mouseover popups for the 'Failed Tests' (small blue icon with the 'I') is not working - when going to the Alerts page it's working there. In the global settings the mouseover popups is enabled. Is that a known or already fixed issue or something on my side not set properly? r9774 Thanks, Alex

Hi, I am currently using the current ce version (Observium CE 18.9.9420). After upgrading, i see the alerts have completely changed. the alerts i had still seem to function, but when I try to modify them, the fields are all different....I am getting the impression that there is an alert conversion script? I have looked for docs on how to use the new alerts but cannot find any. Can you please point me to a page that explains how to use the new alerts and how to fix the upgraded alerts. thanks!

No RAM graphs are displayed for network devices

Hello. I have observium version 19.3.9791. Apparently, earlier it was possible to monitor the amount of occupied RAM on network devices. In the application there is a screenshot which shows that there were such graph on the device. On new devices there are no such graphs. How can I fix this? Alert Checker question

I have an Observium question - I am looking to create an alert for Palo Alto Networks firewall's session count, ideally one that fires when the session percentage goes above 85%. How would I build such a checker? I have tested a couple of different ways, and not been able to get one to fire. RRD, Interfaces & docker

Hi all, This is my first post, and I'm a not so newbie user of Observium. If my question has been answered, or if its now correct, please advise. We're using Observium latest community edition as below: [cid:image001.png@01D4EFC3.4368A660] Situation: where monitoring a lot of virtual servers in a VMware environment, and we use docker in a lot of those vm's. What's happens is, as usual in docker, a lot of network devices are created, and observium correctly detects those ports. However in a small period of time they're gone, however Observium keep track of them, and keep the RRD files. In a specific case, we've got : [cid:image002.png@01D4EFC3.4368A660] Result... RRD for this server as... 200G! Anyone has had this problem? I was thinking about using the config['bad_if'][] with something similar of veth*, but I think is not possible. Cat6K fabric stats

Hi, Did the Cat6k Fabric Load Statistics get removed (all supervisors and chassis sizes)? Just gone to look for something and found it no longer there, can't say 'when' it might have gone I'm afraid as it's not something commonly looked at by us. Not sure which MIB it would have been in either, but now it's not there I can't work out how to check where it used to be, of course :) Cheers! Distributed Poller

I know in a standard install with a single server the poller_id is 0 in the DB. For a distributed poller setup do we need to specify $config[poller_id] in the config.php file on each poller? And how do we specify the poller_id when devices are added to the system? Thanks Ron Culler

Some graphs "choppy"

Hello, Some graphs are showing choppy as if there were issues writing the RRD’s. That’s not the case as other graphs are just fine. Is this some kind of device-specific issue? Maybe I should raise the timeout for SNMP? Team, The most difficult part of alert checker creation is finding all the detected entity types to alert for. I noticed for Linux, there’s a special entity type for average CPU, but I cannot figure out how to see what’s available? I see this on the entity page, but how do I know what that entity is named?
