Getting "DB schema not installed, first install it." After CE upgrade

Hi everyone, Today I've upgraded a CE Observium from 0.15.6 to 0.16.1 and it broke. It only shows DB schema not installed. The only difference is that I added the following config line later as there was an alert in the GUI (and now I'm adding it from start): $config['db_extension'] = 'mysqli'; Any hint will be greatly appreciated. Hi all, We are using a customized location rewrite function to split the SNMP location of devices into a human readable and a machine understandable format. We are using the community edition, and on updating to the recent version we were faced with thIS error message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_rewrite_location() (previously declared in /opt/observium/config.php:87) in /opt/observium/config.php on line 102 This is a common error when a php file is included/required more than once, so I made a workaround by renaming config.php to config.user.php and using require_once() in the original config.php to load these directives (it needs absolute path otherways it cannot find the file). Shouldn't require_once/include_once be used in all the places where referencing config.php? Br, Tylla,

Observium syslog year -0001

Lately (Since last CE update, I think) I've been seeing syslog messages for my Cisco router with a date stamp of "-0001-11-30" with text reading just something like "1:1". A little searching reveals that there was a mail list post from July 2014 for the same thing happening with Netgear equipment, but the only way I could see that post was through Google's cached result, and I can't find any replies. Is anyone else getting this? Known issue, perhaps?

Hello team, today i find OID for SFP monitoring in Cisco SB in this case there is OID and CLI info from CISCO SG300-10 switch and SFP in slot GI9 with DOM support can you add to Observium ? like Catalyst switches? Rancid-Mail configuration

Hi All, I am very new to observium, I have successfully integrated rancid with Observium, taking backup ups. However, I am unable to receive the mail when config difference. Correct version not shon after device(raouter) upgradation

Hi, Observium is not showing correct version after router version up gradation. We have to delete and add that device again. Any process to get auto update. Export/import hosts

Hello, Because we have a problem with the alerts (if i set up an alert the Observium send an alert in every 5 minutes instead of 1 alert / 24 hour ) i decided to reinstall the Observium (First i installed the 201506(?) CE and updated it to CE 0.16.1.7533) So the question is can i export the hosts and import back after the reinstall procedure? Currently i have more than 50 hosts, so it is faster if i can just do an export/import instead of add all host again…. Thanks Laszlo
