false device down alerts

Hi Team, How to avoid false device down alerts? I think it just single ping and small network glitch on observium server to monitor device alerts are device down. I am polling every minutes though. Is there any way to let observium at least poll second time and alert device is down? Thanks, Sujith. svn Checksum mismatch error

We have been running Observium under RHEL 6 for over a year now. After one of the last updates, I noticed that php 5.4 or newer was needed. Unfortunately, php 5.3.3 is current in RHN but I was able to update to 5.4 using a different repository. Then I had an issue with xcache not being available for 5.4. This brings me to my current problem. I decided to go with the approved distro, Debian. My problem is that when I try to execute "svn co http://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/branches/stable observium", I get a few files and then randomly get the error “Checksum mismatch for ‘/opt/observium/somefilename.extension’ If I blow away the /opt/observium directory and run the command again, a different file gives me that error.

'Duplicate entry' issues on vlans_fdb

Just today I updated to the latest and greatest (0.15.8.6882). I was several revisions behind and several database updates were done as a result. I’m trying to create a simple dashboard view of some IP SLA graphs using Observium Enterprise, and I was wondering what I needed to do to pull these graphs into the dashboard. Linking to them staticly doesn’t work due to authentication. Is there a built in way I can auth and get a cookie for this? —Jeff

Hi All, i did an update this morning to latest SVN and working fine (thumbs up) I then disabled the cron job to update PHP, MySQL and Apache as I’m still using 5.3, 5.2 and 2.2 (updated to 5.6, 5.5 and 2.4) now the apache has just completely gone tits up !? I’m seeing about 50 of ' [sh] <defunct> ' in my ‘ ps aux ‘ erm, where do i begin to start looking? i updated using https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/ubuntu/php5-5.6 <https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/ubuntu/php5-5.6> as I’m running ubuntu 12.04 lts regards Simon

Hi, I want to search for bills, but the bill search function does only give all bills instead of the requested Bill Name. Has anyone the same issue, if no what can I do wrong or fix it?
